Vintage Trading Cards of The Devine

I loved collecting trading cards when I was a kid. Back in high school, I remember the thrill of completing my “Jurassic Park” and “Spider-Man” collections. It was a series of trades and purchases that ended in the sweet victory of a complete set.

Inspired by this, I created a collection of vintage-style “Deity” trading cards. This collection isn’t just about showing off specific vintage artwork that took hours to achieve. It’s also about sharing fascinating facts about deities worshipped throughout history. From Zeus to Thor and Odin—these figures were central to ancient cultures and remain influential.

Achieving that vintage aesthetic was a genuine challenge that I thoroughly enjoyed.

Still today, people worship thousands of gods around the world. The myths and origins of what people believe have always fascinated me. In designing these cards, I was committed to ensuring the details were meticulously accurate to their mythologies.

This collection invites you to explore these ancient narratives through a modern lens, presented on cards that educate and captivate. Remember, these deities weren’t just legends to their worshippers; they were, and many still are, as real to them as the screen you’re viewing this on.

Bonus Cards

Technically not part of the traditional pantheon, but my favorite modern god nonetheless. I couldn’t resist including Kratos from “God of War” because I’m such a fan of the game and had a blast designing his card!

Carl Sagan may not wield an axe, but he’s considered a god and inspiration to many scientists and curious minds eager to unravel the universe’s mysteries. I admire him so much that I just had to include him on this list. To learn more about him, click here.
