I’ve always liked the artwork on old tarot cards. All that symbolism and strange little details. I thought it could be fun to make some of my own, but I needed a theme, and thought it would be funny to make a tarot card app dedicated to my girlfriend, Christi.

So my idea was to make a tarot deck where Christi could draw a card and receive some mysterious guidance from the universe. Except I’d rigged the universe so that its guidance was beneficial to me.
