Reimagining Harry Potter with a Christi Twist

While browsing Harry Potter books, I found myself captivated by the iconic artwork.

It’s so unique and detailed that I couldn’t help but wonder…could I recreate it? But then came the question: what would I put on the cover?

That’s when inspiration struck: what if I replaced Harry Potter with my girlfriend Christi’s name? I started with the logo, giving it that magical Harry Potter vibe. Then came the idea for the cover: Christi, using a magic brush to paint her watercolor pet portraits. Of course, she couldn’t just wear Harry’s robes. Instead, I dressed her in her own purple robe—the one she wears on cold days and nights (to give it a personal touch).

I got to work, aiming for the full Harry Potter feel, and before I knew it, I had created a full-sleeve design for the first two books.

I planned to create the entire series, but after realizing just how much time went into designing each one, I decided to pause after the first two.

Maybe one day, I’ll finish the rest:

  • Book 3: Christi and the Bewitched Laundry
  • Book 4: Christi and the Kitchen Feast
  • Book 5: Christi and the Floating Bedcover
  • Book 6: Christi and the Amazing Air Fryer

For now, though, I’m thrilled with how the first two turned out. Sometimes, combining a little fandom magic with personal touches leads to the most rewarding creations.
